LIMITATION ON QUANTITIES
We also reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by members and to revise, suspend, or terminate an event or promotion at any time without notice (including after an order has been submitted or acknowledged). We do not guarantee that all products described on our site will be available.
We collect certain personal information from you, including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, billing information and information from Third Party Services to which you give us access. We do not share your personal information with other customers. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.
Guide Dots requires that customers create accounts containing usernames, passwords, email addresses, phone number, and other confidential information. This information may be used exclusively by Guide Dots in an effort to create, manage and deliver certain products available on the site. By creating an account you acknowledge that all information is true. By using Guide Dots, you agree to ongoing communication from Guide Dots.
SUBSCRIPTION AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL TERMS
Guide Dots offers subscriptions (month-to-month). By purchasing a subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription will be automatically renewed for another term and will continue to do so until you cancel your subscription. Your payment method will automatically be charged for each successive term period at the then-current subscription rate without further authorization from you until you cancel your subscription renewal. You agree that such notice will not affect charges submitted before Guide Dots was notified. All subscriptions renew on the 1st of the month. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including, where applicable, any charges processed by Guide Dots after the expiration date of your payment card.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SUBSCRIPTION RENEWALS
To cancel your subscription at any time, you may (i) log in to your account and follow the cancellation procedures there, or (ii) send us a message at [email protected], and we will send you instructions to help you cancel. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term. You will still receive the dates left in your subscription term, but will not be charged again for a new subscription. Customers are responsible for making all account updates prior to the subscription renewal deadline associated with their term. You must cancel PRIOR to the 1st of the month to not be charged for your renewal subscription.
REFUND, RETURN, EXCHANGE & REPLACEMENT POLICY
With respect to subscription renewals, one-time boxes, e-gift cards, add-on items, and any other products purchased from Guide Dots, all sales are final. Refunds will not be granted once a subscription plan has renewed on the 1st of the month nor will they be granted after a customer’s shipment has shipped. All cancellations must take place prior to renewal and all cancellations from then on, will take effect on the subscriber's next scheduled renewal.
Guide Dots does not allow nor accept any returns or exchanges. We do not accept nor will refunds be granted for any shipments that are refused by the recipient or returned to sender. Replacements may be granted at the sole discretion of Guide Dots. Returning a product to Guide Dots without authorization will not result in a refund or exchange, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges that are incurred by Guide Dots as a result. Refused Shipments: Customers agree not to refuse shipments from Guide Dots . Refusing a shipment for any reason will not result in cancellation of a subscription plan, nor will it trigger a refund. Guide Dots assumes no responsibility and liability for any refused shipments and additional shipping charges may apply. If you need assistance, reach to [email protected] to present your request.
Refunds will not be given for dissatisfaction of the included box activities, products or subscription service.
Guide Dots is not responsible if customers are sent duplicate product due to having multiple accounts with Guide Dots.
Damaged or Incomplete Shipment
If the customer receives a damaged or incomplete shipment from Guide Dots, the customer must contact Guide Dots Customer Experience team via email within 90 days of delivery associated with that shipment. Guide Dots will replace missing or damaged products included in your box. During the normal course of operations, sometimes items are missed. Please contact Guide Dots Customer Experience team by email with photo documentation of damaged or incomplete shipment must be provided. If the customer did not receive a shipment from Guide Dots, the customer must contact Guide Dots Customer Experience team via email within 90 days of purchase to resolve the missing shipment. To contact Guide Dots Customer Experience team regarding the customer's missing shipment: [email protected]
As part of our order processing procedures, we may screen received orders for fraud or other types of unauthorized or illegal activity. We reserve the right to refuse to process an order due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. If we suspect fraudulent, unauthorized or illegal activity, we will initiate an investigation of your order, or we may contact you at the phone number or email address you provided to confirm your order. We also reserve the right to cancel any accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. We take these measures to protect our customers as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity.
DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
We reserve the right to modify or cancel a promotion at any time. Coupon codes may not be combined with other promotions when redeeming a coupon code, are good for a one time use only, and may or may not contain an expiration date. When using a coupon code for one of our promotions, it applies only once to your account and does not apply to any future subscription renewals.

These terms apply to all people interacting with accounts operated by Guide Dots, LLC. (“Guide Dots”) on social media services, in addition to phone, live chat and email communications.

Information released by Guide Dots or a Guide Dots on a social media service should not necessarily be construed as an official announcement or opinion from Guide Dots . Content posted by users also does not reflect an official announcement or opinion from Guide Dots.
In these terms, a "social media service" refers to a networking service (mainly covering Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube) that lets users share data over the Internet with an unspecified large number of people, as well as exchange or transmit information with other users.
Information released by Guide Dots or a Guide Dots employee on a social media service should not necessarily be construed as an official announcement or opinion from Guide Dots. Content posted by users also does not reflect an official announcement or opinion from Guide Dots.
Guide Dots does not make guarantees on the accuracy or completeness of the information released by Guide Dots or a Guide Dots employee on social media services.
Information released on social media accounts besides Guide Dot’s official accounts, even if the information includes Guide Dot’s name or logo, does not indicate authorized usage.
Statements, etc., outside of Guide Dot’s official pages do not reflect official announcements or opinions from Guide Dots.
Guide Dots does not retain any responsibility for the activity and submissions (comments, photographs, videos, voice files, etc.) posted by users on social media services.
Guide Dots does not retain any responsibility for conflicts and other issues that arise between users, or between a user and a third party, during the use of social media services.
If a user causes damage to a third party through the use of social media services, the user is responsible for repaying the damages and resolving the dispute with the third party themselves, and may not turn to Guide Dots for any kind of support.
Posters and users use the information released by Guide Dots or a Guide Dots employee on social media services under their own responsibility, and Guide Dots bears no responsibility for damages caused by this information to users or other third parties, except in the case of deliberate or serious negligence.
Guide Dots does not bear any duty for publishing or storing content posted on social media services. Guide Dots also retains the right to delete or edit posts, block accessing or posting to its accounts on social media services, or to take other action on its own volition without prior notice to the user.
Copyrights and other rights related to content posted by users are retained by the user.
However, Guide Dots may use posted content without individual approval from the user, free of charge and under no limits or conditions. Guide Dots or a third party may freely copy, modify, edit, distribute, create secondary content with, or use the posted content in any other method. It may also use posted content to improve its operations or otherwise apply it to its business, or in other ways. Users will not execute copyrights or other author's moral rights relating to submitted content on Guide Dots or a third party under any circumstances.
Guide Dots retains the right to end operation of its social media accounts without previous warning.
Guide Dots does not guarantee it will reply to individual user posts or submissions.
SECTION 3 (PROHIBITIONS)
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following behavior when using Guide Dots social media services.
- Posts or submissions that include false or deceptive content
- Posts or submissions that are clearly intended as malicious or have no language-based
meaning (empty posts, meaningless strings of text, continually posting the same thing, etc.)
- Posing as third parties, including Guide Dots
- Behavior that infringes on other users', Guide Dot’s, or another third party's intellectual property rights, property rights, business secrets, or other rights, or that has the potential to do so
- Slandering of another user, Guide Dots, or another third party, or behavior that has the potential to slander
- Infringing on privacy, including the posting of other people's personal information (name, email address, address, phone number, etc.)
- Posts related to sales, political, electoral, or religious activity
- Behavior intended to cause or induce criminal activity
- Behavior that violates public order and morals, or has the potential to do so
- Submitting or sending harmful computer programs, including computer viruses
- Using a third party's name or address to hack into the third party's computer or engage in other harmful activity
- Interfering with the operation of the social media service, or creating a disadvantage for Guide Dots or another third party
- Including a URL in a post that links to any content that violates numbers 1 through 12 above, or has the potential to do so
- Any other behavior deemed inappropriate by Guide Dots.
SECTION 4 (REPARATIONS)
If a user violates these terms and causes damage to Guide Dots as a result, Guide Dots may demand reparations from the user in return.
SECTION 5 (CHANGES IN USAGE TERMS)
Guide Dots may change the content of these terms without obtaining user permission. Any changes made to these terms take effect immediately upon being displayed on this page, unless Guide Dots defines another period.
SECTION 6 (GUIDE DOTS USAGE OF SOCIAL MEDIA)
Guide Dots will engage in full compliance with laws.
Guide Dots understands that social media activity can affect a wide range of users and other related people, and is always aware of the need for compliance with social media usage policies, related laws, etc.
Release of information by Guide Dots through social media will be handled under the following terms by approved and educated personnel.
- - We will work to respect the positions of everyone related to Guide Dots , including customers, clients, and employees.
- - We will protect the personal information of all related people and will not refer to any such information without permission.
- - We will not release confidential information from Guide Dots or any other person without company permission.
- - We will respect copyrights and all other intellectual property rights, etc.
- - We will not delete or close comments without a valid reason. Guide Dots will continue to educate its employees on social media activity as needed, to facilitate suitable use of social media.
You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the Internet or the site will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our site for any reconstruction of any lost data. YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ITS CONTENT OR ITEMS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
